Ian Hamel-Smith is the lucky grand prize winner of the first prize in the recently concluded “Build Your Dreams” promotion of The Home Store, winning a kitchen worth $50,000.

The contest, which ran for a four-month period, offered over $100,000 in prizes.

Rounding off the grand prize winners’ row were: second place Nicoleen Hosein (52” Flat Screen TV); third place Michelle Jaggernauth ($10,000 worth of Berger Paint); fourth place Kerry Ramcharitar (5pc Patio Set & Pool); and fifth place Courtney Braithwaite (Makita Circular Saw & Pressure Washer).

“This was The Home Store’s first promotion,” said The Home Store’s general manager, Anthony Akow. He said he and his team were grateful to the thousands of customers whose participation made it a success.

The Home Store Limited, situated in Barataria, is a 50,000 sq ft home improvement centre which opened its doors November last year . It is geared towards consumers who are interested in do-it-yourself projects or wanting to enhance their homes, offering a range of quality products from hardware to home furnishings. The store also has a kitchen showroom, paint centre as well as a tool rental centre
