Teacher put on bond until magistrate decides
By STACY MOORE Wednesday, December 2 2009 click on pic to zoom in INSULTING LANGUAGE: School teacher Arthur Ramjit, who has been put on a bond until the magistrate determines the outcome of his case.... A PRIMARY school teacher who allegedly called a police officer on duty an “ass” was ordered by a magistrate to sign a bond of $500 until she determines whether he is guilty or not guilty. Arthur Ramjit, 43, of Poona Road, Williamsville, yesterday appeared before magistrate Tarmatee Ramdass in the Fifth Magistrate’s Court to answer the charge of using insultive language to a police officer.
