The four men appeared before Federal Court judge Dora Irizarry, on an indictment of hoping to "cause greater destruction than in the September 11 attacks" by using explosives to ignite the fuel pipeline feeding JFK International Airport and to destroy the airport and parts of the borough of Queens. |
