What a culinary evening from Belex!

The Belmont Boys’ Secondary Ex-Pupils Association BELEX’s “An Evening of Culinary Delight” held on Sunday at the St John Ambulance Hall, Wrightson Road, Port-of-Spain had the tastebuds of those in attendance thrilled for the most part of the evening as it was indeed a sheer delight. A variety of delicious dishes were prepared by chefs from Belmont Secondary, St Mary’s College, Fatima College, the Diplomatic Corps and other organisations. Those dishes included: British Embassy Deputy High Commissioner Jeff Patton – Rugby Ribs, Royal Navy Commander Mike Percharde – Chili, Michael Pon Hong – Peeking Duck Buk King Kaw Lo A Ap and Costa Rican Ambassador Ricardo Thompson Thompson – Gallo Pinto Y Pollo En Esparrago De Crème Al Horno (rice with beans and baked chicken with Cream of Asparagus).
