ST JAMES will be buzzing with activity on J’Ouvert morning. For the second consecutive year, Mangen will be presenting St. James J’ Ouvert Jam 2010. This year’s event is in tribute to Winston “Wolf” King.

The action starts at 4 am and runs till 9 am. Bands will be judged between Nizam and Clarence Streets, Western Main Road, St. James.

The organizers said: “We are judging all bands - steelbands, T-shirt bands, ole mas and mud bands. In addition there will be a special prize for the swankiest flag waver.”
