The Couva North Youth Arm and the Youth Environmental Alliance (YEA), with the assistance of Member of Parliament for Couva North, Ramona Ramdial, held a Health Walk and Health Fair recently.

Constituents joined youths on the walk from St Mary’s Junction, Freeport, to Saith Park, Chaguanas, in an effort to promote healthy lifestyles in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Independence of TT. At Saith Park there was blood pressure testing, sugar testing, cholesterol testing and other medical activities.

Participating in the event with MP Ramdial were Chaguanas Mayor Orlando Nagessar, Councillor Allan Seepersad and Councillor Sandra Abdool.
