MANOJ Rajkumar, 30, of Corinth Road, Ste Madeleine, wants his Blackberry returned to him. Rajkumar told Hotline he purchased a Blackberry Flip 8220 cellular phone at Lets Talk Cellular Outlet, A & S Mall, High Street, San Fernando.

Rajkumar said he purchased the phone on September 15, but a week later the phone began giving problems. “When I received calls they went straight to voice mail and I started missing important calls,” said Rajkumar.

He said after putting up with the problem for three weeks, he returned the phone to the store, four days before his warranty ran out. He said Lets Talk Cellular agreed to fix the phone, but every time he called to get an update on the repairs, he was told they were still working on the problem. After getting tired of waiting, Rajkumar contacted Hotline to intervene. When Hotline contacted the outlet’s head office in Arouca, customer service representative, Anala Mahase said she would call their branch in San Fernando and investigate the complaint.
