The phone was eventually sent to head office to be repaired. She was given a replacement phone for the time being, but a few days after, the keypad was not working.

She returned again and they told her they would call her as soon as they received her phone. She has not received a call since.



When Digicel head office was contacted, a communications personnel advised that Varma visit their office with the dealer return form so they can track her repaired phone.
