The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has assisted its tenant Dunstan Cobham, who complained of water seeping into his apartment because of rusted pipelines.

Cobham, who lives at apartment G Building 48- 50-52, at the corner of George and Prince Streets, Port-of-Spain, said he was tired of complaining about the rusted pipeline which supplied water to other tenants at the top floor of the apartment building.

Cobham said the water which seeped into his apartment was destroying the wall, ceiling and the paint in his bedroom.

His complaint was published on January 29, and Cobham told Hotline yesterday that one of the pipelines was replaced by the HDC.

He said he was also assured that another line will also be replaced soon.
