ERROL Leslie is pleading with Direct TV to give him a new card for his cable box at a location that is convenient to him so that he does not have to go to the company’s head offices in Chaguanas.

Leslie, of 37.5 mile mark Toco Main Road, Cumana, said most of his channels are now blank.

He said he received a message on his screen, two months ago, that his card was due to expire and he should collect a new card. Leslie said he has tried to contact Direct TV’s customer service department but has not been successful.

“I cannot look at any of my movie channels. I have to leave Toco and travel to Chaguanas to collect a card. All I am asking is for them to provide a card for me without having to go all the way to Chaguanas.”

He said he would be grateful if Direct TV could facilitate him by having him go to a closer location for the card.

Brian Clarke, senior manager, Business Development, Direct TV, told Hotline arrangements would be made with Leslie for him to receive his new card.
