Errol Leslie has finally received his new Direct TV card and can once again look at movies at home.

Leslie, of Toco Main Road, Cumana, said he stopped getting movies because his card was about to expire and he was told he had to collect a new card.

He said he was unable to travel to Direct TV’s head offices in Chaguanas because of the distance and pleaded with the company to accommodate him by making it easier for him to collect the new card at a closer location.

Leslie told Hotline he finally received his new card which was installed by a Direct TV technician yesterday. “I could look at my television stations now.”

Brian Clarke, senior manager, Business Develop-ment, Direct TV, told Hotline that the card was delivered to Leslie and it was Direct TV’s responsibility to ensure that their customers were satisfied with the service they provide.
