THE EDITOR: I write on behalf of the Pt Fortin seniors of which I am a member. Thanks for the honour paid to the 90 plus seniors of the Pt Fortin Borough on Sunday April 29 at South Western Court situated at 16 Cap-de-Ville Road, Pt Fortin.

This programme was presented by Pt Fortin Originals which was a very thoughtful gesture worthy of the highest commendation. It is only once in one’s lifetime that a 90 plus honour like this could be enjoyed by any individual and should be regarded as being unique at any given time.

Indeed, the 90 plus seniors have laid the foundation resulting in the prosperity that Pt Fortin now enjoys, being a Borough of a high standard in economic terms. The CEO of the Pt Fortin Borough in the person of Mrs Patricia Bradshaw paid glowing tribute to the 90 plus citizens of the Borough for doing our part in making the Borough what it is. She further advised the younger people to emulate the example of the seniors in order to keep the Borough growing from strength to strength.

We once again thank the Pt Fortin Originals for their good gesture.
