THE EDITOR: Could someone please tell me who is responsible for cleaning under the Cocorite Walkover and the Flyover at the entrance to Diego Martin?

I reside in Diego Martin and each day I see this eyesore. I am sure that I am not the only one who notices that because someone wrote about the curtain hanging under the bridge a few months ago and nothing was done about it. Don’t any of the councillors from the Diego Martin or Port-of-Spain Regional Corporation care about our environment for which they were elected? Please let us see some steps taken to have this area cleaned on a regular basis.
