THE EDITOR: To date it is now six months since I and others are unable to obtain an envelope whenever we make withdrawals from our bank account.
It is heartbreaking to see the aged, especially old men (who have pockets) with the look of confusion on their faces (some have even been vocal) wondering why this little token has been taken away.
Would it be too much to ask that envelopes be given to customers, once more, on request?
