THE EDITOR: Cinema owners, get your act together please, get your act together now. Stop allowing stubborn women or men to come in the theatre with their babies under the age of one or two.

The glaring lights, loud noises and darkness can scare the child and worse yet do damage since the child’s body is still tender and still developing.

Among the many distractions in the cinema, couples fondling and kissing, loud eating and even snoring, cellphone ringing, a crying baby is most distracting. To the parents, if you can’t find a baby sitter, stay home, yes, stay home.

Many of us love children but no one wants to hear crying children in a cinema and worse yet, why bring them in the theatre for them to be scared of the dark and exposed to the glaring light from the screen and noise?

Cinema owners, read and understand my plight please and again I ask stop allowing stubborn women or men to come in the theatre with their young babies under the age of one or two.
