Friday, April 17 2009 THE EDITOR: The article “Catholic priest blesses $36M luxury buses” on Wednesday April 15 must have everyone thinking “is Trinidad and Tobago now officially a Roman Catholic country?” Maybe the report left out the part about the Hindu, Muslim, Presbyterian, Anglican, Bahai, Baptist, Spiritual Baptist, Methodist, Seven Day Adventist ... I am quite certain that these religious groups would also have had blessings to bestow. Were they even invited? Or maybe VMCOTT management was simply displaying its gross insensitivity towards the many religious groups that make up this “rainbow” country.
