CARNIVAL 2010 is heading down south to Siparia and the organisation which has coordinated events for the past ten years — Enviorfest Spiaria — has planned on Carnival Friday,a Children Parade of Bands and individuals and Ole Mas Competition through the main streets of Siparia.

The organisation said the parade of bands was an attempt to give the community of Siparia a sense of pride and satisfaction.
