The Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International, in collaboration with the Christian Community in TT will hold a series of free concerts featuring former Bollywood star, Dr Vijay Benedict, to commemorate Indian Arrival Day, which is celebrated yearly on May 30.

TT’s Indar Kanhai joined with India’s Samir Date and Dipalee Somaiya last Saturday to bring the best of Bollywood and local songs to patrons of Rafi Mohammed’s annual Mother’s Day show. The event which drew a large audience took place at the Centre of Excellence, in Macoya. Also performing was Dubai-born, Toronto based Shweta Subram.

International singing sensation Marcia Miranda sang her heart out for mothers when she appeared as part of the entertainment playbill at the annual Mother’s Day “Brunch on the Lake” event organised by the Traffikliters Group at Pointe-a-Pierre recently.
