The mother of the country’s first born triplets in 2014 was presented with three hampers containing baby products from Huggies and other high quality brand named products, and $2,000 in food vouchers from Kimberly- Clark company.
Chantal Grant, mother of two boys and a girl, Zafir, Zamir and Zareefa Ali was accompanied by the triplets father, Arif Ali, and a relative, to receive the presentation yesterday at the company’s office at, Chootoo Road, Aranjuez South, San Juan.
The triplets were born on February 26 last, at the San Fernando General Hospital, and was the first pregnancy for Chantal Grant,
Some of the items included in the hampers were huggies, diapers for new-born babies, stuffed toys, bath and body lotions, to name a few.
Trade Manager of brands (Baby and Child) Teshea Edward, said the majority of the items given to the parents were from Huggies and other high quality brand name items.
The staff and the company raised money to give to the parents to assist with the needs of the triplets.
“A lot of people do not know what the company is all about,” declared Edwards.
“Kimberly-Clark supplys most of the high quality products in the market. Although Huggies provided the products, it was really Kimberly-Clark’s initiative,” Edward said.

“When they contacted me I was very happy to know that they would be giving me the hampers. I am glad because the hampers will help in a very big way, and now that I also received food vouchers, I can use them to get more stuff for the children,” she said.
