Top CoP receives Google documents
Friday, August 29 2014
Ag Commissioner of Police Stephen Williams yesterday received documents from Google International which were sent to Attorney General Anand Ramlogan last Friday which indicated that emails purporting to be sent by the AG and others did not exist.
Yesterday the Ag Commissioner said, “I only received the documents a short while ago, and we will be making use of the correspondence information before us contained within.” He said the documents will be passed on to Deputy Commissioner of Police Glen Hackett, who is leading a team of police investigators into the Section 34 email controversy and Hackett will treat accordingly with the value of the information.
