Trini Posse makes way for Party Stand
By Newsday Reporter Thursday, March 1 2007 Cricket fans looking forward to a good time at the Trini Posse Stand for the 2007 World Cup tournament will have to have their fun at the Party Stand that has been set up by the Local Organizing Committee. Dr Nigel Camacho, a key coordinator of the Trini Posse, a group of die-hard cricket fans known for having soca stars and flag-wavers providing entertainment at its stand at the Queen’s Park Oval, said the Party Stand has been set up in accordance with rules set out by the International Cricket Council.
