THE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Communications yesterday announced that President George Maxwell Richards has appointed a Constitutional Tribunal “to inquire into complaints made by members of the Integrity Commission against deputy chairman Gladys Gafoor” and determine if she is guilty of “misbehaviour”.
