Jack: No felons for UNC
By SEAN DOUGLAS Wednesday, October 28 2009 CHAGUANAS West MP Jack Warner yesterday endorsed last Sunday’s words of UNC leader Basdeo Panday that the party must not be a haven for international conmen or an avenue for money laundering, but added that it must also not be a shelter for convicted felons. Warner, who is in Nigeria on FIFA business, yesterday faxed media houses a comment on Panday’s address to last Sunday’s UNC National Congress, a periodic meeting of party delegates, held at Rienzi Complex.
