HE came with his football, not caring that it was the book launch of Trinidad and Tobago football superstar Dwight Yorke.

And the ever smiling Yorke who rocketed on to the international football scene with the famed Manchester United when they won the triple crown ten years ago — the English Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League titles — graciously obliged little Shane Scott.

Yorke was at the National Library and Information Systems Authority (NALIS) on Thursday to launch his biography - Born To Score.

The Tobago-born striker led the “Soca Warriors” to their first ever World Cup appearance in Germany in 2006 to crown off a very illustrious career which began at the age of 18 at Aston Villa.

Maybe, Shane is aspiring to be the next superstar “Soca Warrior.”
