THE ARIMA All Stars Under-14 football team are enjoying mixed results on their 10-match tour of Suriname.

The team, captained by Larnell Nicholas, arrived in the Dutch-speaking South American country on August 13 and went straight into action, but they lost 3-2 to an un-named team.

Among the other results for the Arima outfit were 1-1 (on August 14), 2- 1 (on August 16), 0-0 (on August 17) and 3-2 (on August 18); their August 15 encounter was abandoned.

Of the eight goals scored by the Arima squad, Jeremiah Taylor has netted four times, Arisse Mohammed three and Mikacel Ramjohn one.

Reports from Suriname stated that the Arima All Stars squad have gained vital experience on the trip, as they have shown improvement on a match-by-match basis, despite the lengthy trips from their hotel to the venues. There are plans for Arima All Stars to tour Brazil in the near future.
