FIRST Citizens Group has made a significant monetary contribution to the construction of a 25-metre swimming pool in Tobago.

This is in acknowledgement of the need for a sustainable Tobago YMCA with superior facilities and active youth involvement.

Last Saturday, the facility located in Courland Estate was officially opened by its founder Gordon Cressy who showcased the new facility.

The Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) is an association based on universal principles and is open to all. The group’s mission is to develop healthy, caring, responsible individuals contributing to a society characterised by love and unity.

As the only truly local bank in Trinidad and Tobago, First Citizens has consistently invested in initiatives that ultimately contribute to national development, and recognised this as a positive investment.
