Queen’s Park win fourth straight
Tuesday, February 5 2013 TWO-TIME Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board (TTCB) Sunday League Premiership 50-overs competition champions Queen’s Park claimed a fourth straight win in Group “A” yesterday when they blanked Moosai Sports by six wickets in a Round Four battle at the Queen’s Park Oval, St Clair. The visitors were only able to post 222 runs for nine wickets off their allotted 50 overs with Ewart Nicholson leading the way with 50, while Jeetendra Sookdeo struck 41 and ex-TT all- rounder Navin Stewart 35. Anthony Simmons copped three wickets for 44 runs for the Parkites, with Daron Cruickshank taking 2/41 and Uthman Muhammad 2/47.
